Booking/Cancelation Policy



Bookings are accepted by phone and email. 
Phone bookings are fastest way to secure a slot
in our schedule, call: 610-525-5434

Voice Talent is contracted by clients at a price
agreed upon with them in advance. We
will be happy to provide you with contact
information for voice talent at the time of booking.

Payment is expected within 30 days for
established clients and first time clients
are expected to pay before any work is released.

Cancelations can be made 48 business hours
in advance of the session to avoid penalty. 
Cancelation fees are based on the amount of time 
held to complete the project (including post work)
and current demand for time at the studio.
Typically these fees average 50% of the time
held to complete a project if the studio has
turned away other business but are minimal if
no business has been turned away.
